Rock
Rabbit produces Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc. Selected vineyards from
the Central Coast supply specific flavor and texture characteristics
for each of our wines. Sourced from vineyards high above Santa Barbara
to the coastal vineyards just outside of Monterey, each vineyard
contributes its own unique quality.

For
our Shiraz, the wine additionally benefits from oak aging, rounding out
and further contributing to the layers of flavors that continue to develop
in the glass. While our Sauvignon Blanc receives no oak contact and reflects
the fresh, crisp, ripe flavors of pure fruit.
Winemaker
Alex Cose searches each year for new vineyards. His goal each year is
to produce the best quality wine available, all the while maintaining
our commitment to value.
